Every person undergoes different phases in their lives that can cause an immense amount of stress, pressure, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, burnout or depression. 
Sometimes we lack the necessary coping strategies to deal with these situations on our own.
Especially in a demanding and high paced city like Hong Kong, adjusting and finding ones place can be quite a challenge. 

I offer an open minded and friendly approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. 
Together we'll define your goals and use a method that fits with your current needs. 


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT is an evidence based psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health. 

Person-Centered Therapy

Person-Centered Therapy is a non-directive, empathetic approach that empowers and motivates clients in the therapeutic process. 

Solution-Focused Therapy

 

Solution-Focused Therapy is a goal directed collaborative approach. It focuses on what the clients want to achieve.
